Rose Campbell appointed Chief Executive

The Board of Chamber Music New Zealand | Pūoro Taiwhanga Aotearoa is very pleased to announce that Rose Campbell has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Rose came to CMNZ in September, as Interim Chief Executive, bringing with her a wealth of experience, having held a variety of roles within the arts sector including Co-Creative Director of the Nelson Arts Festival, Manager of the New Zealand String Quartet, and multiple positions at Creative New Zealand.
Prior to her time with Creative New Zealand, Rose worked extensively in the education sector including roles with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and as Music Adviser for the Ministry of Education.
“We are extremely fortunate as an organisation to be led by an arts administrator of Rose’s high calibre, personability and credibility, and we are thrilled that she will continue the delivery of our wonderful and exciting programme throughout the country, bringing ‘music up close’ to audiences everywhere in years to come, and to the partnerships and relationships which are the foundations of our flourishing musical heritage and future,” said CMNZ Chair Greg Fleming.
