The Website is owned and operated by Chamber Music New Zealand (“CMNZ”). These terms and conditions of use (“terms”) apply to all users of the Website. By accessing, viewing and/or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms (without qualification) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, do not use this Website.

The material provided on this Website is protected by law, including (without limitation), New Zealand law, international law and international treaties.

Intellectual Property

All Website contents, including without limitation, the text, graphics, copyright works, magnetic or digital translation, and other matters related to the Website comprise intellectual property owned by CMNZ (or our relevant content supplier). CMNZ is the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this Website. All rights are reserved to CMNZ. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Website. The posting of information or materials on the Website does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on the Website provided you use the content only for information and non-commercial purposes. You agree that these terms will be construed and take effect as a contract made in New Zealand. The Website and content have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand law. These terms and any matters or disputes connected with the Website will be governed by New Zealand laws and will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Amendments

CMNZ may amend these terms of use from time to time, so you should check and read these terms of use regularly. By continuing to use the Website after any such amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended terms of use.

Severability

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, of for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

Tickets

Chamber Music New Zealand operates a no refunds policy. Any box office exchanges are at the discretion of CMNZ and the relevant box office manager.

Although accurate at the time of publication, tour details may change. CMNZ reserves the right to vary programme content, artists, concert date, time or venue without prior notice.

Subscriptions

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Chamber Music New Zealand’ The deadline for split-payments is the end of December each subscription year. The first payment is due at time of booking, the second during the second week of February the following year.

Refunds

Chamber Music New Zealand operates a no refunds policy. Any box office exchanges are at the discretion of CMNZ and the relevant box office manager.

Introduce a friend discount

To qualify for the discount both booking forms must be received together. No refunds will be given on subscriptions already purchased. Offer not available for FlexiVoucher holders.

Tickets and Subscriptions for Schools

Schools and music teachers Full Season Subscription Passes and the 5 for $35 Individual Concerts Offer.

These offers are only applicable to students who are of primary and secondary school age, with one accompanying adult for each group. Tickets and subscription passes will be clearly marked.

Students must be accompanied by a teacher employed through the subscribing school or through private music tuition.

More than one subscription pass may be purchased by each school or music teacher; however there must be one supervising adult for every nine students.

Up to one additional teacher/adult may be added to the Full Season Pass or 5 for $35 individual concerts offer at $35 per concert. Additional teachers/adults must be employed through the subscribing school or be a parent/guardian of an attending child.

CMNZ and Front of House staff reserve the right to refuse admission to any patron who does not meet these conditions.

The School Subscription package is intended to help promote and introduce young students to chamber music. It is for this reason that CMNZ offers such hugely reduced rates. We ask you to please honour this and only bring the number of adult teachers you have paid for. Our concert managers and event staff have the right to refuse anyone entry to concerts who misuse their subscription passes.
