Chamber Music New Zealand's In Partnership Series exists to create professional touring opportunities for musicians, and to bring high quality music performances to centres across the motu.

Each year CMNZ carefully puts together a roster of artists which is shared with our network of approximately 30 presenting partners throughout Aotearoa, who then select artists to bring to their audiences. From there CMNZ compiles these requests and creates tours, which typically have anywhere from 3 to 13 concerts. CMNZ arranges and funds domestic travel and accommodation for the duration of the tour and artists are paid a fee for each concert.

We are currently seeking proposals for the 2026 Season from ensembles and musicians at all career stages, working in any genre, proposing all types of shows. Applications will be open for soloists and groups of up to 5 artists. Applications are open to musicians and ensembles based outside of New Zealand; however, artists will be required to organise and fund their own international travel.
