Tuatara's Third Eye brewery in Wellington launched an exciting monthly music series. There's a constant stream of bands, album launches, DJs, jazz, and video sessions every month. Their funky upstairs space is perfect for live music - wood floors, exposed brick walls, and comfy couches and chairs to lounge in.
Classical musicians are jumping on the Third Eye bandwagon too!
On the first Wednesday of every month, some of Wellington’s finest and funnest classical musicians will be getting together over a pint or two and making music. If you don’t usually come to live classical music - and of course if you’re already a fan - these sessions are not to be missed! Anything goes: you don’t have to buy a ticket, you can carry your drink in with you, move around whenever you like, and hear top quality music while catching up with friends.
Classical Sessions performers will include musicians featured in our Encompass Regional Tours, as well as members of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Wellington, Royal New Zealand Air Force Band, and some of Wellington’s most sought-after freelancers.
Come and experience what live music is all about, over a delicious Tuatara beer!
