Chamber Music New Zealand operates a no refunds policy. Any box office exchanges are at the discretion of CMNZ and the relevant box office manager.
Although accurate at the time of publication, tour details may change. CMNZ reserves the right to vary programme content, artists, concert date, time or venue without prior notice.
Flexi and Mini Flexi Subscriptions
Each Flexi and Mini Flexi has one box for each concert, representing one seat. These seats can be used in any combination. Unless you have chosen to allocate these seats to a particular concert through the CMNZ National Office at the time of purchasing your subscription, to convert these boxes into tickets, you must contact the designated box office in your centre (also printed on your Pass) and indicate which concert/s you wish to attend and how many seats you require. You will need to collect your tickets from the box office and present your Pass to box office staff for validation. Seating is subject to availability, so book early to secure seats to your favourite concert/s. No internet bookings. Please Note: box office service or transaction fees may apply.
Schools & music teachers Full Season Subscription Passes and the 5 for $25 Individual Concerts Offer
- These offers are only applicable to students who are of primary and secondary school age, with one accompanying adult for each group. Tickets and subscription passes will be clearly marked.
- Students must be accompanied by a teacher employed through the subscribing school or through private music tuition.
- More than one subscription pass may be purchased by each school or music teacher; however there must be one supervising adult for every nine students.
- Up to one additional teacher may be added to the Full Season Pass or 5 for $25 individual concerts offer at $25 per ticket per concert. Additional teachers must be employed through the subscribing school or music school.
CMNZ and Front of House staff reserve the right to refuse admission to any patron who does not meet these conditions.
The School Subscription package is intended to help promote and introduce young students to chamber music. It is for this reason that CMNZ offers such hugely reduced rates. We ask you to please honour this and only bring the number of adult teachers you have paid for. Our concert managers and event staff have the right to refuse anyone entry to concerts who misuse their subscription passes.
CMNZ offers regular subscription packages for concert goers which can be purchased through us by calling 0800 CONCERT.
