John-Paul Muir has just been announced as the winner of the 2010 Kerikeri National Piano Competition! Aucklander John-Paul triumphed over a record number of applicants from as far afield as Russia and Israel to take out the prize. John-Paul will be performing at the Waikanae Memorial Hall on Sunday 11 July at 2.30pm before touring for CMNZ's Associate Societies in August with violinist Amalia Hall.
