International Opportunity for Composers Aged 35 and Under

To mark its 100th season in 2012/2013, one of the most renowned concert venues in Vienna, the Wiener Konzerthaus, is launching an international composing competition, inviting composers aged up to 35 (as of 1 December 2011) to submit compositions of ten minutes maximum in up to ten categories.

A prize money of € 1,000 will be awarded to the winners in each category and their work’s world premiere will be performed at the Wiener Konzerhaus during its 2012/2013 official concert season.
