The Venetian Carnival concert last night was superb. The music had a lightness, a freshness and vitality that you never get on a CD. Having the NZers as part of the band really seemed to work well, and everyone smiled all the time! (How often do you see musicians smile as they're playing?) And I thought the smiling came through in their music. A memorable concert.
